You can nominate us through the NHS App, at your GP surgery, or by asking our team in store. It only takes a few minutes.

How long does a repeat prescription take?

Please allow at least 2 to 3 working days from ordering with your GP to collection, so we can receive and prepare your medicines.

Can you remind me when my prescription is ready?

Yes, ask our team about collection reminders and we will let you know when your medicines are ready.

Do you deliver prescriptions?

Speak to our team about the options available for getting your medicines if you cannot easily collect in person.

Can I ask questions about my medicines?

Absolutely. Our pharmacists are always happy to discuss your medicines, side effects, or anything you are unsure about.
